Model 1000
The Model 1000 is nanosecond, tunable source in the
region below 200 nm. It is designed to operate with
scientific q-switched Nd:YAG lasers such as the Quanta
Ray Lab 150 series from Spectra Physiscs. The system can
tune approximately 3 nm and provide over 1 mJ of energy.
It also can optionally deliver greater than 25 mJ at 213
nm (Nd:YAG 5th harmonic).
