Model 1193:  Solid-state 193 nm wavelength conversion module

Ideal for laser ablation applications

The Model 1193 is a modular wavelength converter designed to generate up to 1 mJ at wavelengths below 200 nm when driven by the second harmonic (532 nm) of a pulsed Nd:YAG laser. The Model 1193 can be interfaced to most of the standard scientific pulsed Nd:YAG lasers in use today.

  • Generate 193 nm without an excimer laser
  • Use your existing Nd:YAG system for a pump laser
  • Wavelength selectable from 192 to 200 nm
